I am an energetic, hard worker who can do everything in the broadcast business. I can shoot, edit, write, anchor and report. As a self-starter, I come up with original ideas and solutions. -Worked on CNN Newsroom with Brooke Baldwin. Edited video and sound bites for the show, often under a deadline.

-Booked guests for show segments.

-Shot, produced and edited "behind the scenes" videos for social media.

FOX 5 WAGA, Intern

-Helped shoot, edit and write stories for air, ranging from VOs to packages.

-Contributed to production of the sports show, assisted building rundowns, writing scripts and editing video for the daily sports segment.

-Contributed to running social media for Fox 5 Sports, including its Facebook page, Twitter account and Instagram videos.

-Wrote, voiced and produced radio stories for the Missouri Digital Network concerning the latest information on bills, hearings and any breaking news at the Missouri State Capitol. Pieces from the Missouri Digital Network are used by networks around the state, including KMOX in St. Louis.

 

Atlanta Braves Radio Network, Intern

-Co-produced Braves Pregame, coordinating with guests and helping guide the conversation.

-Worked with promotions for giveaways and contests to keep the listeners involved and active in the program.

 

680 The Fan, Intern

May 2012–August 2012

-Based on performance, assigned to produced the show when the producer was sick or on vacation. Went to preshow meetings, laid out the show, wrote the teases, and then coordinated all activities for the program.

-Produced on-air pieces both live and pre-recorded for the “Chuck and Chernoff Show”; the highest rated sports talk show in the southeast. Cut and edited audio for the show with interviews and sound bites, along with coordinating on-air segments with guests. Researched information to support the show’s hosts and screened calls to ensure quality and interesting points of view.

-Sold more than $8,000 worth of knives in a two-month span. Was ranked in the top 5 in the Southeast branch in consecutive weeks. Hit three sales related promotions in less than two months with the company.
